Role Types
Where you'd fit in.
Maintenance & Technicians
Skilled trades, maintenance technicians, and PLC/controls experience valued. Hydraulic and pneumatic systems, Allen Bradley experience a plus.
Engineering
Manufacturing, quality, and process engineers supporting PPAP, DFMEA, and continuous improvement. Plastics or composites background preferred.
Operations & Supervision
Production supervisors and team leaders overseeing molding and assembly operations. Automotive manufacturing experience valued.
Finance & Administration
Plant controller, accounting, and administrative support roles. Financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll experience for manufacturing environments.
Quality
Quality engineers, inspectors, and PPAP coordinators. IATF 16949 awareness required. Core tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA) experience valued.
