Our Englewood facility produces fiber and molded components used throughout the vehicle — interior, underbody, and under-hood — for acoustics, airflow, water management, and structure.

All products are manufactured using recycled and virgin fiber feedstocks, thermoplastic sheet, SMC, or GMT composite materials through compression molding, vacuum forming, or fiber processing. Custom programs welcome.

Our Hematite heritage built a philosophy of material versatility. We work with thermoplastic sheet, sheet molding compound (SMC), glass mat thermoplastic (GMT), polyester fiber, recycled fiber blends, PVC-based composites, and non-woven fabric substrates — giving customers engineering flexibility without facility changes.
All product programs are available with recycled content options consistent with our green-first manufacturing mission. EV-compatible thermal and acoustic material variants available.
